A CENTER FOR WOMEN is here to help!
Our customized Positive Parenting Sessions may be exactly what you need.
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale and are free to some clients.
These sessions are led by a trained, experienced Parenting Educator,
tailored for your family's needs or individualized for your situation.
For required court-ordered parenting education, the curriculum we use is
STEP: Systematic Parenting for Effective Parenting.
This curriculum takes a targeted problem-solving view of parenting
and each session helps parent(s) learn easy-to-use strategies
to resolve familiy issues, ease family tension, help children cooperate, etc.
Because the instruction is individualized, the Parent Educator can help
each client find specific ways to apply the pertinent strategies at home.
